Responsible Gaming at hm999
We believe gaming should always be fun, controlled, and within your means. Discover the tools and guidance hm999 provides to keep you in charge.
At hm999, we take responsible gaming seriously. Online gaming is meant to be an enjoyable leisure activity — a source of entertainment and excitement for adults who choose to participate. When it stops being fun, it can become a problem. Our commitment is to provide every player in Bangladesh with the tools, resources, and support they need to stay in control of their gaming activity at all times.
We use SSL encryption across our entire platform to protect your data, and we apply fair-play certified random number generation on all games. But responsible gaming goes beyond technical safety — it is about making sure you always gamble for entertainment, never to recover financial losses, and never beyond what you can comfortably afford. If you are a resident of Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, or anywhere else in Bangladesh, these tools are available to you right now from your account settings.
21+ Age Restriction — Strictly Enforced
hm999 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We do not permit access to persons under the age of 21. If you know someone underage who may be accessing gambling services, please contact our support team immediately. Parental controls and device-level filters are also recommended for households with minors.

Recognising Problem Gambling
Problem gambling does not always start with large amounts. It often builds gradually. The following warning signs may indicate that gambling has moved beyond entertainment and is becoming harmful:
- Spending more money on gambling than you originally planned or can afford
- Borrowing money, selling belongings, or hiding finances to fund gambling
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gambling or when trying to stop
- Gambling to escape problems, stress, depression, or feelings of helplessness
- Consistently chasing losses in an attempt to win back money already lost
If any of these signs feel familiar, please do not ignore them. Reach out to our support team or consider using the self-exclusion tool. You can also seek independent guidance from a trusted counsellor or mental health professional. Taking action early is always the right choice.
How to Activate Your Responsible Gaming Controls
All responsible gaming tools on hm999 are available directly inside your account settings. Once you are logged in, navigate to the Responsible Gaming section to set deposit limits, session time alerts, loss caps, or to initiate a cooling-off period or full self-exclusion. Changes to these settings take effect immediately, and any increases to limits require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off window before they apply — this protects you from making impulsive decisions.
If you wish to self-exclude but find the process unclear, simply contact our support team via email. Our agents are trained to handle such requests with full confidentiality and without judgement. We will action your request within 24 hours of receiving it. Self-exclusion applies to all game categories on hm999 — cricket betting, slots, live casino, fishing games, and crash games. There are no exceptions.

What is the minimum age to play on hm999?
hm999 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Players must be 21 years or older to register, deposit, and play. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time, and accounts found to be operated by persons under 21 will be permanently closed.
How do I set a deposit limit on my account?
Log in to your hm999 account, go to Account Settings, and select the Responsible Gaming section. From there you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit in Taka (BDT). The limit applies immediately once saved. To increase a limit, you must wait 24 hours after submitting the change request.
How does self-exclusion work at hm999?
Self-exclusion allows you to block access to your hm999 account for a chosen period — from 30 days up to permanent exclusion. During the exclusion period you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. To request self-exclusion, go to Responsible Gaming in your account settings or email our support team at [email protected]. All active bonuses and pending wagers will be settled according to our Terms and Conditions.
Can I set a time limit for my daily gaming sessions?
Yes. In the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings, you can set a maximum session length. Once your session reaches the limit, you will receive an on-screen alert and your session will end automatically. This feature helps you monitor playing time and prevents long uninterrupted sessions.
What should I do if I think gambling is becoming a problem for me?
First, use the self-exclusion or cooling-off tools available in your account settings — this is the fastest way to create immediate distance. Then contact our support team at [email protected] for confidential guidance. We can also point you to qualified counselling resources. Remember: seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. You do not need to face this alone.
